Oddíl, ve kterém každé dítě má svou roli. Učí se poznávat, co jeho role ve skupině obnáší a jak ji má plnit. Děti účinně spolupracují, navrhují a prosazují své názory, za kterými si stojí. Učí se přijímat názory ostatních a za svůj názor nést zodpovědnost. Vzniká tak nerozlučná parta, která táhne za jeden provaz.
